The Management Committee is responsible for overseeing the operations of Altus GP and Altus LP. It consists of the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the General Counsel, the President of each of the practice areas and three additional representatives. The Management Committee oversees the various practice areas and determines strategy for the Fund’s operations. The Management Committee is responsible for preparing and approving an annual budget for the following year, including a marketing plan and a business plan; entering into by Altus LP of a merger, consolidation, combination or other material transaction of any nature; and entering into new lines of business. The Presidents of each of the practice areas report to the Management Committee in respect of their operational and financial performance. |

Gary Yeoman, Chief Executive Officer1
Gary is a seasoned real estate professional with several years of experience
in the professional real estate consulting industry. Before launching his
own consulting practice, Gary served as director of real estate for Magna
International Inc., and was previously with the Ontario Ministry of Finance,
Assessment Division. In 1996, Gary leveraged his extensive expertise to
establish Yeoman and Associates Limited, a property tax consulting firm,
which became a member of the Altus Group in 2003 when he became
President and principal shareholder of Altus Realty Tax Management
Corporation. Currently, Gary serves as CEO for Altus Group Limited and
has been named an Eminent Professional with the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors. |

David Jenkins, President, Research, Valuation and Advisory1
David has been a leader in the field of real estate valuation for over 15 years,
with a focus on the valuation of large commercial assets, notably office
properties, as well as customized research and acquisition due diligence.
He has built an enviable reputation for solid, value-added analysis that
anticipates growth and emerging real estate industry trends at the regional,
national and international levels. David has been with Altus Group and one
of its predecessor companies since 1989, and is a key consultant regarding
industry standards. He is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of
Canada and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Steelcare Inc. |

John Fleming, President, Cost Consulting and Development Cost Management1
John has been a recognized leader in delivering professional
cost-management services to commercial, institutional and residential
clients for more than 35 years. A key executive at Altus Group and one of its
founding companies, Helyar and Associates, since 1974, John has served as
President of Cost Consulting since 1991. John has an enviable reputation
for providing objective and independent reporting on conventional
construction loan financing and rated financing projects, which has led
to productive, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
His contribution to community includes roles as Vice Chair of the Board
of Directors of the Credit Valley Hospital and former Chair of the Board of
Governors of St. Mildred’s-Lightbourn School. |

Jim Derbyshire, President, Realty Tax Consulting
Jim founded Derbyshire Consultants Limited in 1980. In 2002, a merger
with Viceroy Property Tax Consultants Ltd. created Derbyshire Viceroy
Consultants Limited. Jim has provided property tax services for Canada’s
premier real estate companies, REITs, pension funds and industrial
properties for over 25 years. |

Daniel Lachance, President, Altus Geomatics
Daniel joined All West Surveys LP in 1994. He obtained a Canadian Land
Surveyors commission in February 1993 and an Alberta Land Surveyors
commission in 1994. Daniel is a member of the Discipline and the
Registration committees for the Alberta Land Surveyors Association, and
member of the Council for the Canadian Land Surveyors Association.
Well-respected for his expertise in the field of geomatics, Daniel is also a
member of the Canadian Institute of Geomatics and the American
Congress of Surveying and Mapping and the Institute of Navigation. |

Anthony L. Melton, Vice President Business Development,
Altus Geomatics
Prior to joining All West Surveys in 1992, Tony worked for Shell Canada Ltd.,
gaining exposure to a wide variety of survey types and geographic
conditions. He received his Alberta Land Surveyors commission in 1977, a
Canada Land commission in 1990 and an APEGGA Professional Engineering
designation in 1982. Tony has served on the Council of Alberta Land
Surveyors and actively supports industry-related events. |

Michael Milner, Executive President
Altus Edwin Hill Altus UK LLPMike has more than 30 years of experience in real estate consulting.
Currently, he is responsible for providing corporate property advice to major
corporations. Prior to joining Edwin Hill in 1979, he trained with the UK
government in the District Valuer and Valuation Office. Mike is a member
of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. |

Robert Tizzard,
President
Altus Edwin Hill Altus UK LLPRobert is responsible for the operations of the UK Professional Services
divisions of Edwin Hill, including Rating, Landlord & Tenant, Dilapidations
and Valuation. He is an acknowledged leading authority on all aspects
of Business Rates and advises the UK’s leading owners and occupiers. He
joined Edwin Hill in 1987, and prior positions include Chair of Professional
Services and Executive Head of the Rating business. He is a member of
the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Institute of Revenues
Rating and Valuation. |

Michael Barker, Executive Vice President, Cost Consulting and Development Cost Management
Michael has more than 24 years of experience in development costing
on projects of all sizes and at various stages of development. With Altus
Group and one of its founding companies, Helyar and Associates, since
1974, Michael has served as a Director since 1992. Michael is well-known
for his broad knowledge base in the construction industry and his ability
to provide value-added counsel through comprehensive building program
analysis, cost planning and tender analysis. Having served on the Board of
Directors of the Ontario Realty Corporation and as Lieutenant Appointee of
the Ontario Association of Architects, Michael has fostered positive working
relationships with all levels of government and developed a thorough
understanding of the dynamics of public policy. |

Robert Dorion, President, Knowledge Management
Robert has been responsible for the Quebec City operations of Dorion
Noel and Hallissey Inc. since 1983. Since Dorion, Noel and Hallissey joined
the Altus Group in 2003, Robert has been involved in assessment, appraisal
and consulting. |

Dale M. Lawr, Chief Financial Officer
From 2003 to 2005, Dale served as Chief Financial Officer of RTC Industries,
Inc., and from 2000 to 2003 she served as Vice President, Finance at Frankel,
a national marketing services agency and a business unit of Publicis S.A.
She also served as Director of Finance of Accenture Ltd. from 1994 to 2000.
Dale is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois). |

Rose Oushalkas, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
From 1998 to 2005, Rose held many legal counsel roles with 360networks
Corp., most recently as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Corporate
Secretary, responsible for the management of all Canadian legal matters,
commercial sales activities and revenue transactions for North America.
Following Bell Canada’s acquisition of 360networks in November 2004,
Rose acted as Legal Transition Executive until spring of 2005. She has an
LL.B from Osgoode Hall, and a Bachelor of Applied Arts (Journalism) from
Ryerson Polytechnic University. |
