The Audit Committee consists entirely of independent trustees, and operates pursuant to the Audit Committee Charter of the Fund.

The Committee oversees and supervises:

• the integrity of the accounting and financial reporting practices and procedures
  of the Fund;
• the adequacy of the internal accounting controls and procedures of the Fund;
• the quality and integrity of the consolidated financial statements of the Fund; and,
• the independence and performance of the independent auditor of the Fund.
• The Committee currently consists of the following Board members:
